Exivo – the convenient master key system
The cloud-based solution’s mobile access functionality and simple, central operation won Kita Luna over. While the head office can manage all the facilities, each facility can also manage itself in terms of opening hours, parent access and staff turnover. The administrators can control all systems and grant master key rights to service providers at all sites as needed, for example.
Simple and secure access control
At present, the access system controls the main entrances to the daycare centers, which required that electronic locks be installed in the entrance doors. Employees and parents alike now use a smartphone app to gain access to the daycare doors they need to get through.
There are many advantages to this solution. Parents no longer have to wait for entry and staff no longer have to attend the doors or keep track of a key log. Access privileges can be quickly and conveniently granted or revoked in the system. Digital keys have a temporary expiration date at the time of issue, making key management much less time-consuming. In fact, the system is being rolled out gradually to other sites of Joki and Espira daycare centers.
