Cutting-edge technology and sophisticated design seamlessly merge to optimize access experience with the recent renovation of a modern multifunctional building in Via Visconti di Modrone, a stone's throw from San Babila in Milan city center.Part of the Cristallo Spa real estate portfolio, the renovation of the building was a collaboration with design studio Architetture STP. The renovated façades, with thermal insulation and an updated glass elevation, give the building a striking modern look with a focus on energy efficiency.

Energy-efficient buildings with modern entrance doors in a multifunctional building in Milan

The seamless combination of technology and design at Cristallo Spa's multifunctional building, on Via Visconti di Modrone in the heart of Milan, has transformed the space, home to Discovery Warner Bros., Regus and others, into a modern and welcoming hub. The project, a collaboration with Architetture STP, showcases energy-efficient facades and a new glass elevation.
The dormakaba ST FLEX Green automatic sliding doors, with the drive integrated into the lowered ceiling, enhance the overall energy efficiency of the building.
The reception area is equipped with dormakaba Argus 40 sensor barriers, ensuring accessibilityand effective control over entry flows.
Utilizing dormakaba devices to manage access points, including staircases, elevators and parking areas, guarantees an integrated access control system with RFID cards and elevator control technology.
The exos 9300 software delivers centralized and versatile management of all access points in the building.
