Rümlang, 2. December 2025 – dormakaba has signed an agreement to acquire MetaMatic GmbH (“MetaMatic”) on 27 November 2025. The acquisition strengthens the company’s competencies in modernization projects for Access Automation Solutions in the German market. The transaction is effective from 1 December 2025.
