Rümlang, 4 March 2026 – dormakaba has acquired any2any GmbH (“any2any”). any2any is a German software platform company, focused on mobile wallet credentials for access control solutions. By acquiring the remaining shares of any2any, dormakaba is expanding its previous minority investment and completing the full acquisition of the company. With this acquisition, dormakaba is further expanding its mobile wallet functionality and ensuring its applicability in an increasingly mobile world.
Founded in 2015 and based in Munich, Germany, any2any offers mobile wallet credential solutions for access systems, as well as for adjacent fields of payment, printing or visitor solutions. With a dedicated team of around ten professionals, any2any will continue to operate independently as a center of excellence, supporting both dormakaba customers and its own established client base.
With the acquisition dormakaba ensures the mobile wallet credential readiness for its installed base of access control solutions. In addition, the company acquires strong mobile wallet know-how and secures integration capabilities.

The parties have agreed not to disclose further details and the financial terms of the transaction. dormakaba closed the acquisition of any2any GmbH on 3 March 2026.
