dormakaba improved its Sustainalytics ESG Risk Rating

Rümlang, October 2023 - The rating agency, Sustainalytics, has now classified dormakaba in the low-risk group in its ESG Risk Ratings. With an improvement of 1.2 points since 2022, dormakaba achieved 19.3 points, and is now among the top performers in the Building Products industry. This means that the company’s enterprise value is considered to have a low risk of material financial impacts driven by ESG factors.

This result is an outcome of dormakaba’s strong ESG governance and policy commitments, and the efficient sustainability-related initiatives. Learn more about these in the company’s most recent Sustainability Report 2022/2023.

The Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings measure a company’s exposure to industry-specific material ESG risks and how well a company is managing those risks. Company ratings are categorized across five risk levels: negligible (below 10 points), low (10-20 points), medium (20-30 points), high (30-40 points), and severe (above 40 points).
